About

A shipping line built for Timor-Leste

4T LINE exists to give Timorese businesses the same schedule reliability and service standards that larger markets take for granted.

Who we are

Local operation, regional reach

Timor-Leste's trade runs through a small number of connections, and every delay on those connections is felt across the economy: in construction schedules, in retail shelves, in the price of a bag of cement.

4T LINE was formed to make that link dependable. We run one container rotation between Nansha, Singapore and Dili, maintain our own equipment pool locally, and keep a team on the ground who answer the phone when a box needs to move.

Our name reflects what we carry: trade, transport, trust, and Timor.

What guides us

Our commitments

Schedule integrity

A published sailing is a commitment. When something changes, you hear it from us first, not from the terminal.

One point of contact

The person who quotes your shipment is the person who follows it. No handovers, no chasing between departments.

Cargo care

Equipment inspected before every load, seals recorded, and temperature logs available on every reefer movement.

Our network

Where we operate

Dili is our home port, with partners at Nansha and Singapore handling terminal liaison, consolidation and origin documentation.

Nansha, China

Load port for the service. Cargo from the Pearl River Delta manufacturing belt is stuffed and gated in here.

Singapore

Transit and consolidation hub. Cargo from other origins and ports is consolidated here and joins the vessel for Dili.

Dili, Timor-Leste

Head office, container depot and discharge port. Customs clearance, terminal handling and inland delivery are run by our own desk.

Safety & compliance

Doing it properly, every voyage

Container shipping only works when the rules are followed on the quay as well as on paper. Our operating procedures are built around the international standards that govern the trade.

  • SOLAS verified gross mass declared on every loaded container
  • IMDG procedures for classified dangerous goods
  • Container structural inspection before release from depot
  • Documented lashing and securing standards for out-of-gauge cargo
  • Sanctions and denied-party screening on all bookings
